Soilless mix

I have a few items I found while looking through my garden supplies, and some a buddy gave me.
Eco Earth Compressed Coconut Fiber
Giant bag of sphagnum peat moss
Bunch of Perlite
A little vermiculite
Some cheap potting soil(Miracle Grow Organic Choice,Just Natural, and a half little bag of seed starter mix)
A big bag of lime, but it's not Dolomite.
Technaflora B.C. series nutes
General Organics Go Box
Dyna-Grow (It sounds like a slushy when you shake it though. Crystalized inside I guess.)
What would be a good combination of the above for a soilless mix, using one of those two nutrient lines? It is for Paradise "Ice Cream".
(I have these nutes, so I need to use them.)

What is the deal with the lime ? Could I use this if it sat for a while and I mixed it up every so often,or I'm better off just getting the Dolomite ? I looked for some. I saw some that just said "Fast Acting" on the bag. Is that the same thing ? Thanks for any suggestions, and sorry for somany damn questions. I'm a total noob at homemade mixes. I have always just used real soil from the garden. I moved, and the soil here is extremely acidic. Hence the huge bag of lime they have, I guess. lol
