Some different looking spots

Ok I have looked around and all the other pics I have seen look a bit different so let me know what you guys think. Also I have a different plant off to the other side of the pic that is getting an overall yellow tint to it. I transplanted them about 2 weeks ago into some soil that was given to me. The one thing I dont like is that it says it has time releases nutrients and I havent read anything about using that so Im not sure what to do. I know the curling leaves could be not enough nutrient, but the spots could be from too much.Please let me know what you think. Thanks in advance. I have them under only a 150 watt grow light from home depot for now.

Yeah I wouldn't use time release anything. It's extremely difficult for you to measure what's going on in there... Could you give us more details such as pH reading? Nutrient feed schedule, water schedule, etc?

Sure, Ill be getting something to measure the ph levels asap, so Ill bump this thread when I do. Thanks for replying.
