Love me some Blue Dream. It's been in my head stash for quite some time. I've made a couple changes to my stash, added Katsu Kush, a wonderful night time drug, and NL#5 for nights when I need to get work done. I will be adding WiFi pretty soon.

I'm excited for my WiFi.
I want to try some WiFi, meself.

I'm no Obamabot but he just freed more drug war prisoners than all presidents in the past 50 years combined have done.

It is a promising start.

And don't forget, most presidential pardons come as they leave office.

But I know.
We're all impatient for the rest to come out.

I"m guessing some of you know a future candidate who would have done it faster, right?

Why not just release them all? What message is being sent when only 22 are released? "I'm not going to change the law, but I'll let a few people go just to show I think it's wrong. Meanwhile, the rest of you can rot."

Has the government ever been known to do something "all of a sudden"?

Why not commend the President for doing something that no other President has done? How do you know this is the last of it?

Still, he deserves credit for it. Yeah, he could do more, and maybe he will, but he's probably going to see what the reaction will be before he does. I applaud him for it and you all know I'm no Obamabot.

you bitter because he didn't bail you out after you made your own bed?
"after you made your own bed" ....sounds like you think a certain person deserved to be punished for a victimless "crime"

How very prohibitionist of you and how very telling.

Yes, it's a drop in the proverbial bucket. But at least it's something. We should push for sanity in sentencing in general- three strikes laws never made any sense, I never supported them nor the candidates that ran on them. I thought they were fascists and the policy has nothing to do with justice, but what do I know? I'm just a goddamned commie 'liberal'...
Certainly more sanity would help.

Sanity would insist if there is no actual victim to be restituted, then no crime occurred. Hence, no sentence at all.

we're both in the same game and both know the possible consequences of our actions.

he just cries like a little bitch about it.

good thing that little bitch has a racist cheerleader like you to cheer him up.

For me, it comes down to how each strike is defined
...and that's what judges are FOR!

Mandatory sentencing basically makes a chump out of the judge's job, and when We the People elect judges to serve the public interest, mandatory sentencing is just another way to render the People powerless.

the law hasn't had an update since 68% were against it..rather than the 68% for it now.

it's draconian..if it weren't for the right, it would be legal both fed and state.

I think we need to look at the greater picture, the less they tighten the noose the more the corporate masters will start to invade and retie the knotts for us.

In engrish - The more legalized marijuana gets the more corporations that will turn to it and then regulations passed to stop you from cultivating in your own yard.

I hope I am completely wrong and we just shoot forward with some progress and are still allowed to do our own thing. I don't want some pesticide infested shit I want medicine that I know what is in it and the only way to do that is to run a testing facility or grow my own.

So the words "mental illness" and "cancer" get you all offended even when used in a serious manner, but using family death as the butt of a joke along with outright libel is just fine?

This is another example of "cognitive dissonance".
You just gotta fight fire with fire sometimes for those special kinds of pieces of shit.
