Was it dried out before you watered it? If you didnt let it throughly dry before watering, you over watered.

Its the most probable answer even if you dont think it is.
What changed? You added water.

Lights didnt change, temp didnt change (unless cold water?)

I always let my container get dry, and a tiny bit of droop to the plant. Not much, i really mean only a tiny droop, i check the plants several times a day so im sure to not let them dry for more than a hour or so. It is important to let them dry though for proper root growth. If you over water you will have a very shallow and weak root system vs letting them dry, and that translates to a much larger and more vigorus plant.

Some strains just do that. I ran ak47 that would be reaching, praying at the lights. Then i would water them and they drooped like they damn near died. Hours layer they would be fine. Freaked me out every time.

100% over watered like everyone is saying, thats what is causing the droop. The plant strives to maintain balance in water levels both above and below ground. Just because you watered less than before doesnt exempt you from over watering

It's normal for leaf droop to occur after watering and as long as they come back quickly all is well. If they droop and stay there they may very well be overwatered.
Most of my outdoor flowers and fruits and veggies do this. You can observe it yourself. I am one who feels overwatering and bad drainage "make cowards of us all" but your plants are just being themselves from the sound of it. It is always better to underwater than overwater.

I agree with this. The same thing happens to me every time I water, even if I let the soil get overly dry.

Thats the question...does it perk back up in a day? Or does it stay droopy? If it stays droopy it is likely overwatered....
