Some questions about flowering, help..

Im growing outdoors in the UK right now, my plants have just sprouted and I know its a while away but I just wanted to know some things about flowering.. Well firstly im wanting to try to keep the plants as small as possible and still bud.. obviously... How can I achieve this? Another thing I wanted to ask was.. If im growing outdoors and I want them to flower as soon as possible would it be a good idea to move them into a dark room to achieve 12/12 light? If not... how do you get the plants to flower when they are still relitivly small by growing outside?

to get a small plant outside u start it late...duh

it will flower on its own outside,nothing u can do to encourage it...duh

try a 12/12 grow then it will b over within 60days from start
