lights just turned on and noticed my first issue, a few nodes are droooping like they have been severly underwater but i watered them 1.5 days ago, only in the one section. Thought it could possibly be a phosphorous deficiency or magnesium causing salt build up with lockout? I havnt flushed at all yet what yah guys think.... Im not sure I have a hard time determining. I am still using 100% veg nuts and I started flowering on monday. ALSO the sprout that is drooping is connected to the branch with the drooping leaves (all really on one branch)

CHECK THAT I JUST FOUND THE SAME THING ON MY OTHER PLANT, so common cause between plants...ANY IDEAS TEAM?? (last image is other plant)

Help would be extremely appreciated, first plant problem so far :/

Cheers,
MJD

What are they in? Soil, hydro?

Looks like you might be starting a root issue there! The specific branch troubles are giving that away...

What are the root level temps? Res temps in hydro? If your running hydro and your root system hits 70+F for any length of time. That would be the cause of the root problem. lower res temps to below 70F at all times. (68-70)

You might try Regen-A-Root if it's moving slow enough....I find that product does work well when caught in time.

Hi MJD,
I'm assuming since you said that you watered 1 1/2 days ago...you're in soil. Using perlite for aeration? The combination of the droopiness and the abnormal leaves doesn't ring a bell for me. It doesn't appear to be a common deficiency...though there is interveinal chlorosis along with the leaf margin changes. Are you pushing the nutrient levels to max? And how often are you feeding?

It is in soil with a mix of perlite in it, I am pushing the nuts to a pretty high level, with feeding occuring every watering

MJD,
It's not a clear cut situation...but it does sound to me like am over-nute situation. Some people water twice and feed once. Some every other watering. Also, far as strength of nutrient mixture, you really can't rely on the manufacturers directions. Most are way high...for a variety of reasons.

If you don't water to 20% or 30% runoff and are feeding high strength nutes every feeding...almost for certain you are locking out nutrients due to nutrient salt build-up in soil.

A good flush and reduced nutrients may be in order.

Situation resolved...somewhat, it turns out the small oil heater i have underneath to keep the temps up at night was burning the plants from underneath, after yesterday it got ALOT worse, way faster than a deficiency would happen so nice to know it wasnt a nutrient thing, HEAT STRESS. have to find a new way to keep the girls warm at night :/ -25 C here and the room goes as low as 10 C at night...
