i have 3 26w 6500k lights in my box with lid open n the temp is 80+ is that ok if not what can i do plz help i already lost a few good strain plants:sad:

u say ur temp is 80+ how + is it ?
u dont really want ur temps 2 b going over 80
or ur gonna start having problems
do the plants show any signs of heat stress ?
some pics whould help us help u lol

Low 80s is fine for veg and you didn't say how old your plants are. If you are in flower you want it cooler than that, and you need 2700k lights, and more of them.

i run 2700k 300 wt cfl 3 of them...temp 78 and im wk 3 of flowering....the k rating needs to be lowere...and need intake outake fans maybe even a plant fan......circulate air and problem should dissappear...

well most newb mistakes involve overwatering. Take care there. They like it dry. What are you feeding. How old? What is the medium. Give it to us straight, all the gory details.

there two seedlings....ones white dwarf n the other is red dwarf both autoflowering strains i dont have a digital cam right now i dropped my last one in a cup of soda lol so ill put up pics as soon as i can.... med is miracle grow potting soil idk if thats a good or not been giving them about 3-5 sprays of this terrracycle thing that says its worm castings anybody know if those r realyy any good? the temp stays around 83-85 n i dont notice any signs of heat stress also i didnt have time to cut out some holes for better ventilation yet but was wondering if anyone had a second opnion thanks for all the feed back guys ive tried to post about past grow and in times of need i was left stranded n my ak plant died on me:sad: so thanks again guys
