Someone help!

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I'm over a month in veg... Northern light auto
Happy frog soil
6 cfls in a speaker cab
Only water with spring water when soil is dry about 2 inches down
Temps range from 80 high to 69 lows

Seems awful small and everyone says I'm doing everything right :/

Well first off that plant is flowering not vegging. As for issues it looks like a bit of nute burn and looks like its swollen up with too much water.

Yes it's 18 on 6 off. And I only water when I can stick my finger in about 2 inches and its dry. Usually 1 to two times MAX a week! I'm starting to think maybe it's the dumb pot I chose?? I got a 3 gallon the ones where you can pour the water in the bottom? I always water from the top but maybe it's not draining properly below? Idk.... I just know it looks sad and I've grown two regular strains before no problems... Bubbalicious and super skunk.
As far as nute burn I haven't used any but what's in happy frog soil.

I wait until my pots feel super light to water. I feel like the finger test just isnt accurate because you can't put your finger into the root.ball to feel moisture there.

I would say that plant won't get too much bigger now anyway considering it already has a noticeable flower on it.
I also havent grown autos but I would assume it goes through the same kind of atretch at the begginning of flower.

Ok so what should my next steps be?

i'd go for more light next go round.

what nutes do you use? do you pH your water before you feed?

not a dirt guy but how long can you use happy frog before you need nutes? i'd say maybe 2 weeks? don't know for sure

With cfls the more the better imo unless it makes it too hot. And id say your next step would be to let her really dry out until the pot feels really light. Then on the next watering feel what its like after watering so you have a baseline.

sorry didnt see you are in a speaker cabinet. i was never a fan of cfls except for seedlings. just my opinion.

what is the heat in the speaker?
Heat gets about 80 max 69 lowest ... And someone told me before happy frog was enough for autos as far as not needing nutes? :/

i would double check on the nutes/happy frog situation. not that adding nutes is going to make her explode in growth but when she does start flowering heavily, you want to make sure she has her nute requirements met.

are you using different K values for your CFLs? i'd want maybe 4 of warm white and 2 cool daylight for flowering. opposite of that for vegging.

IT'S THAT HORRIBLE POT YOU ARE USING!! NO DRAINAGE THE BOTTOM 2 INCHES OF YOUR SOIL ARE WET AS SH!T AND YOUR BOTTOM ROOTS ARE PROBABLY SITTING IN STAGNANT WATER. GET BLACK PLASTIC TUBS WITH HUGE SQUARE HOLES AT THE BOTTOM

It hurts my eyes to look at that "tray" your pot is sitting in that I know you can't remove...

This definitely looks like a drainage issue. Also what medium did you use? Kinda looks like you mixed some potting mix, perlite and coco peat? Make sure the soil is just right, if its spongy than the roots suffer and your plants just won't grow right. Don't have much experience with auto flowers but I heard they require extra care. I heard Northen Lights are great for those beginning.
