Hi guy, i notice few of my leaf have holes and look like been ate by something. And to make things worse just found out I have root aphids. See pic of the flyer (correct if I am wrong could be gnats) also I have already hit everything with merti 75 2x high dose but every time I check under my Hugo there one of those fu@ker around.

Setup
2 1000w
4by 8 tray
AN 3 part
Super thrive
PH 5.8 6.2 range
Temp 82 high 68 low

So how do I get rid of them ?
After merti alot less flyer around maybe one once and awhile.
Thinking about bombing whole room TR fogger.
Usually I hit it with merti 75 and its kill anything in the medium.
(merti 75 brought from Amazon)

Never have I seen this happen to my leaf before could it be the pest causing it?

Thanks for your time
Apologize for quick under structured post, dammn sucker got me irritated.

Let them dry out.
Top soil with perlite. I heard daitimatious earth (food grade) works well but haven't tried it.
Get yellow sticky tape for adults. In the meantime a shallow pan of water, dish soap and vinegar. Braggs Apple cider vin worked better for me than white.
Place them near plants.
The larvae live In the topsoil and feed on your roots when it gets dry.
It is usually caused by overwatering. Perlite will trap them.
Daitimatious earth with kill on contact.
H2o2 1:4 ratio with water supposedly kills them but not sure it's a good idea giving more water.
When you have to feed, bottom feed. Leave top soil dry.
Keep it up for 2 weeks.
When all adults are gone babies can still appear a week later.

Good luck!

Will you upload a pic please. I have some funny looking leaves I think were caused by the stress from them. I want to compare.

I haven't seen any in a month!
