Sorry looking plant.. (pics)

It's an Indica Black Domina and it's around 90 days old. (I know, old enough to be budding)
It has been in a cupboard for most of its life with limited light.
I now have some space to nurse it but I wanted some input on where she's at and what I should do next.
So far I've been using regular gardening compost but since she is quite old I have started adding a little tomato feed with each water.
Up until now she has had 4 x 24w CFL spiral 5000k bulbs hanging over her head and I didn't have the space to add more light until now.
She now has 8 x bulbs (4 either side) and is a lot warmer.
I over-watered her before about a month ago but I learned from that mistake and she fought through it and got better.
Now these half developed leaves seem to be a new problem, any advice appreciated.

looks like abit of burn it will be fine i did it to one of mine and it turned out fine back of with the water and make the light higher . happy growing

signs of over watering... how often do u water them ? and say i feed her a lil tomato feed how much? .. whats the ppm?
I use a moisture meter and only water when she is bone dry.
The tomato feed is diluted per instructions. Besides, she was looking like that before I started using tomato feed so that isn't the problem.

your leaves shows signs of over watering .. u say this plant is 90 days old .. what soil are u using? what size pot ?.. what are your Temps?

I figured out the problem. When I overwatered the plant I decided to mix some perlite into the soil before repotting. This meant water consumption was greatly accelerated and I didn't allow for that. Basically the plant was dried out. I watered it and within an hour she was going green and stretching out. I feel like an ass but at least I've learned something.
