Sour diesel infestation :( help

So every day I water my sour diesel (6 weeks into flowering) i see a spider that does not look like a spider (i dont even think it has eight legs, there for it cant be an arachnid, but it is running webs all over my plant. He is definetly eating something in the plant because he has survived six weeks. I never thought much of him until now... So my plant has NO damage whatsoever. No damage to the leaves (little white dots), but on the bottom of 3 or more fan leaves, it is covered with large shit dropping. These are no tinny little black dots that spider mites leave, these are the size of the end of a pencil and there are about 20-30 on each bottom, and they are leaving a goo residue on the bottom, similar to when you leave resin from your bong in a drop of water (you get the little brown that spreads auto around the black chunk).

My question is... Should I be worried. Will the shit affect my grow or somehow attrack mold to the buds or other pests? Or will the spider take care of all these pests, this spider is no larger than the eraser of a pencil... Please help! thanks!

forgot to add the sour diesel is very high quality and i fear someone might steal it, so it is 20 feet off the ground on my balcony, but I have two other budding plants that are shitty quality bag seed, and they have a spider mite, or mite infestation because they have little bits of leave damage from the white dots, and they have muuuccchh tinnier black shit dots on the bottom of the leaves... so it should be safe to say I dont have mites on my sour diesel, or I do but the spider likes how there blood tastes...

Maybe thrips?

They leave a shiny gooey residue on the leaves and poop on ur leaves too. I had them, sprayed with monterey garden spray (spinosad) and that was the end of them!

You should have taken care of it instead of just letting it go. Now u have a problem. Remove the thing asap. Easy as that.

hmm, thrips are known to damage, and they do not leave webbing and now I am certain it is a spider, after searching on the internet I have learned a little about him. He does not make nice webs that you would commonly see with most outdoor spider. He is known to be an aggressive spider, going on the fact that he has very crazy webbing. It goes from on nug to another to another to another. It is not the kind you would see when spiders are trying to catch pray, which means he stalks pray and waits for one of his many trip wires to send a vibration to his end web. At this point he determines where the vibration came from and he attacks. He is the only one in there and I cannot kill him, because the plant is so thick when I spray nicotine on the leaves he hides very well. I have done it three times and no luck... each time I went from 3 cigs to 4 to 6... nothing... this method is known to even kill humans in a large enough dosage :) and you plant if you let it get into the soil, which is why I cannot douse the plant in spray because it will fuck the roots up.. I am going to leave him be or fuck him up because I am the real predator... all i got to do is wait till the next chemical watering and he will appear because he tends to not like it at all and I see him in the soil some times. I have killed many black widows, flies, you name it... I am going to wait till he appears and grab him with my fingers and crush his ass to death. (hopefully its not a recluse haha)

the only problem is the shit and its on three leaves only... so when my plant is done in another 4 weeks maybe a little less, he cannot really shit on that many more leaves... anyways he will be dead within the week..

sorry there is two problems, I heard bending the branches out with strings increases more branching and also causes the plants nugs to grow upward which can increase yield by 3x (thats what some old lady on youtube told me awhile back...) So there are many places for this little fucker to hide... I will not feel satisfied till I kill him, so I will have to go Steve Irwin on his ass(R.I.P)...

REAL spiders are good to have in your growroom (even know their creepy as fuck).. They eat all the insects that will eat your plants..

Max, I have seen some of your threads and you are a wise man; after reading your post I am not going to kill the spider, but clean the shit off the bottom of the leaves with a little paper towel and water, maybe even a tinny little bit on organic soap. He is the only spider I have seen and I have not seen any other insects. I am positive he is a spider because I have a really blurry picture of him and when I zoom on my mac I can see 8 legs, and he is leaving webbing. So he has to be a spider. Thanks for your wisdom dawg.

Yo dude... First and foremost!! Name him!! WTF you doing still calling him a spider. I have a medium sized spider as well and his name is Seymour. He lays some webs sometimes, and I have yet to see a spider mite in my tent. Idk if he eats mites or not, but I haven't seen any bugs. I'm harvest in 3 weeks or so, so i will put Seymour in a jar and keep him until I have a few more plants in flowering. Make sure you get a few small house flies and throw them in there, he will thank you With plenty of more shits!

Yo!

Logic and common sense dictates that if you have a spider on your plants, and it likes it there...it must be eating something. So the next question is: "What is the spider eating that is on or around your plants?" Typically this is not a good thing! Look out. Be afraid...very afraid. Then when logic overpowers fear, kick ass and do something about it - like inspecting every square nanometer of your precious kid with a magnifying glass till you have the answer. You are there, so figure it out!

Best of luck,

peace

Don't be silly. Name him and befriend the creature. Can you imagine if you two became good friends and you get mad high and chill with him in your grow room? I cant even get my girlfriend to sit with me and look at my plants. I bet your spider will listen to you much better than my girlfriend listens to me. I am sure he will see you as a friend if you were to be around him long enough.
