Sowing my seeds outdoors and rain

Hey guys, I have a quick question. I just started germinating my seeds that I am planning on putting in smart pots outdoors here in a day or two. The thing that worries me is that it is going to be raining for the next four days. Should I abort the germ process if possible?

I germ and veg indoors for a few weeks and then transplant outdoors. Do you have any sort of fluorescent shop lighting or CFLs?

Outdoors is out of the question at the moment; however I do have a tf12 light.

Do you think the rain might ruin my grow this year?

I've had a few things set me back this year but I'm vegging with T12s, T8s, and a few 6500k CFLs and they're working pretty good. The weather here has also been rainy and it doesn't look like its going to clear up til around the 20th. Good luck!
