Spider Helper?

so i have this spider web in some of the leaves on my pepper plant, and i saw the spider in its web, it is a funnel-web grass spider, will it harm my plant in any way to leave it be along with its web, i would asuume it would take care of pests for me.

i personally like to see small spiders around my outdoor pots...for the pests.

maybe someone else has another opinion.

consider them an allie,u know what i mean,lol

yes great mother spider is quite an allie. thats why i left her web, just wanted to make sure she wasnt gonna damage leaves with her web or anything.
