I have a spider mite problem on my clones, they have killed 2 and i was wondering if Dunking them would work and for how long to put them under water?.

There's plenty of chemical and bacterial solutions, but if you have nothing else growing and only have the clones then just destroy everything and start again. It will only set you back 2 weeks.
It's very likely you got the spidermite with the clones. Just remove everything. Disinfect it all, chamber included, and start again.
Get some other clones too.

dipping in water wont do anything. neem oil or einstien oil is what you would have to dip them in. also get some pest strips (sticky ones) to put all over the place, pot rims, walls, ground, everywere.
