Well I have been growing now for several years and have not seen this one.

The problem that I am having is that my plants look like the have spider webs? They are mother plants so they are all in veg! What should I do?

Most likely spider mites. There are several options to getting rid of these little buggers, Neem Oil ect...

Search Spider Mites and you should have your answer.

Do you see tiny white specks on the leaves - the ones on the top will be where mites have sucked the life out of the leaves in tiny spots, the ones on the bottom may be the mites themselves (and you may see them slowly moving around).

Let's hope for your sake that you just have some spiders, because by the time mites get to the point of making webs it's gotten pretty far along.

You have spider mites. They spin webs to lay there eggs in and they are very difficult to get rid of. Your leaves probably have white spots on them and are crawling with little bugs. If I was you I'd research spider mites and depending on how bad your situation is take fast and immediate action. If they are spider mites and there are things to consider.
1) Not all products kill all the different types of mites
2) Remember your spraying plants so what ever you spray with you may be smoking later

If you can see the webs clearly then that probably means you have a large problem. Hope all goes well.

I know a lot of people will recommend something harsher and more toxic that plain old neem, but I've tackled them with just neem before. The thing is... when you think you've got the bastards, I'd recommend that you continue treating your plants. It may seem that the mites are all gone, but the neem will do nothing to the eggs sitting on your leaves, and most likely you're going to see mites popping up again in a week. What worked for me was to spray neem very thoroughly every three days, and repeating that four times.
