Spots and yellowing

I have similar looking leaves on a few of my older plants in crappy lowes soil and bottled nutes. For what its worth my young plants that are in good quality organic soil do not have these problems. Wish I could be more help bro.

I use just right soil mixed half with 420 mix (vermiculite). I used general organics go box nutes for the plant. I use a 15 gallon flimsy pot. The soil might be too loose in the pot. I move it outside sometimes after a few days of water and it seems to wilt like all the water shifted to the roots. Any help would sure be appreciated!

this is a succor leaf look closely you will see other leaf right over it its normal all plants do that just remove them because they are useless and absorbs sugar
keeping them will weaken the plant

Well, remove them yes. I`m not a pro but I have to disagree jamezsr... it`s not normal in a healthy plant. Not to say it`s not common to happen in gardens that have too much, or not enough of something. Maybe PH issues?

So I figured out what the problem was. Those are heat spots. I am installing a filter to pull heat into attic.

Im no expert but look into calcium deficient or magnesium defecity.. i dont think thats normal i wouldnt worry it seems to show in coco alot tho. Im reading up on these problems myself it may not even be that as im no expert ,but reading up on those problems has opened my eyes to others problems and fixes also on google look up marajuna plant defencieies.. sorry about spelling.but on the images theres a nice leaf chart that shows any kind deficient.. this i promise will be helpful to you regardless if you dont got that problem anymore....

Yeah that bottom started dying of mag def a long time ago. i shouldnt have included it in the picture because the recent problem is different. I started using the GO Box after that bottom leaf died ;). it should have been taken off a way back. The problem was I went away for a weekend and the curtain got closed and the ceiling fan in the room got shut off. So when the room heated up from being shut for 3 days it got really hot. I'm installing a sweet in line fan and carbon air filter to move heat into attic. That should do the trick... And take care of the smell too :).

Check ph of run off. if using GH Just right xtra soil i think that stuff is ph'd. i killed a set of seedlings in that stuff. tested run off water and ph was @ 7 for run off. and i ph'd the water to 6.5 before watering (because thats what i do for Happy Frog). i think that was my problem. hope that helps. and now i read it again and you found a heat problem lol. did it fix the problem?

Regarding the GO box how often are you feeding. i just started using it as FEED, FEED, WATER. Do you take breaks like that to just give straight water?
