Spots on leaves.? Help please

Newbie to the growing scene. Recently started 2 northern lights autos. My leaves have been droopy for days. Spotting started a few days ago. I fed them slightly under the dose of my roots organics grow nutes but I did feed them 3 times in a row without any plain water feedings in between (lesson learned) one plant is much worse than the other. The growth has pretty well slowed and the spots are scattered no one spot on the plant. The soil is dry for the top few inches and slightly damp below that. Also roots organics soil. Don't know if they were both overwatered and given too many nutes or what. Haven't watered in about 4 or 5 days.

Any help is appreciated.

In a tent under a 250W hps and t5 and cfls for sides. Temp is about 75-77 and humidity stays around 55%.

Should I flush? Top 3" at least are dry but damp below that. Plastic pots 3 gallons with a drainage tray on bottom.

I transplanted a few weeks ago. They definitely got shocked but came to and started to gain some new growth. Moves over from 1/2 to 3 gallon pots. Currently roots are growing to bottom of the new pots. I know not to transplant autos now. New plants I just started sprouted 2 days ago in their 3 gallon pots.

That pan was just for humidity. Been using distilled water to water ph at 6.5. I honestly don't think I phed down the last feeding though, other than that I had been. I flushed them since I didn't get a reply here for a while, and the water seemed to come out at 6.7 ph drainage.
