Spraying leaves with water............................................. ..............

i have a quick question. is it ok to spray my leaves with water everytime i water my plant? (i water my plant every 3 days) or can i spray my leaves...just the leaves everyday with water but resume the same watering schedule with the plant as follows?....

I spray usually couple of days after water, when they are on the dry side because I dont want compromise the plant's transpiration rate which is overloaded with the fresh watering. But if you water every 3 days I would start spraying day 2, but that is my choice, you decide for yourself!

its called foliar feeding, you can do that all the way up until buds start forming, never get buds wet.
