Only a lab test will tell you exactly what you want to know. Luckily, they aren't that expensive. Usually $35-40. I can recommend a few labs, if you'd like.

I just didn't no if like people that had the opportunity to use spring water they would over tap water ... I didn't no if it was more beneficial then tap water beings the things they put in water these days . Even if there was no benifit I would like to use it just to keep things natural I guess .. But what does the lab test show U and what do u recommend . Would like to mayb research it a bit

So a lab test of both water sources will tell you what is already in the water, as there are nutrients in your water that you can use.

For example:
It might tell you that your tap water source is high in calcium but not magnesium. In that case, you might have to supplement magnesium sulfate(epsom salt) instead of using a CalMag blend.

It might tell you that your spring water is high in iron and manganese. Both are essential micronutrients. And in a well or spring water source, the presence of manganese is commonly found with iron. While high iron content is not usually a problem, a manganese toxicity can cause what is called chlorosis.

I thought this would be easy, but a natural spring complicates things (I was thinking bottled). If you have a spring by you I wonder is your tap water city water or country... I have to say the spring water is probably better. Best would be to buy a RO filter for your tap water....but the guy above who said you need the spring water tested is right.

My tap water is city water comes out of lake by the house treated yada yada , it's not bad tap water but man that spring water down the road taste like freakin Fiji water lol .. So names of some tests that work good r easy to use , would the test kit I get be the same for city and spring water .... Is tbis something I'll have to order off amazon or can I get it at like lowes Home Depot we got some garden nurserys close I figure Amazon would be easy to find em ... I'm curious bout this lol it's be a lil work to get the water but not that bad , bassically the water comes out of the bluff and right down to side of the highway with a 3/5 in pvc pipe that someone fixed up its been marked as a natural spring by govt , it just says not for human consumption but hell we all been drinkin it since I can remember ..: I was gonna hook a adapter up to it with a 30 foot garden hose and fill up barrels in my
Truck lol .... If it comes out to be that the spring water is over all contains better Micro nutes then the tap would it make much of a difference or is it just gonna be in the mind that there gettin better water ....

I no the wells down were i live in the bottoms have iron but this comin out of the side of a bluff more less idk if it would have iron I no that
There is no orange around the ground were it drains ... Like we're I worked down the road we had wells to fill out fish ponds and even our holding tanks we had a big system like coal up top in these big baskets that water ran there then hit this big tank and the iron fell out of and then pumped into sand filters that made the water clear no iron ..but for the spring there is no black or orange or any funky colored rocks or grass or anything that what leads me to Belive this water is legit lol . I mean it tastes fuckin amazing
