Sproutling wilted from heat

I have some sproutlings around a week old, they all sprouted under a small 50watt light, since they were all about an inch 1-2 inches tall already I decided to turn on my 400watt hps and forgot to ventilate my tent before leaving for work, i come home and 1 of them wilted really bad from heat but wasn’t completely dried up, just the stem became weak. I turned the hps off, turned the 50watt back on and watered it, its been a little under 24 hours and it seems to made a very slight recovery but still wilted.

Long story short, is there a chance the plant will make a full recovery if keep the room cool and only use the 50watt for temporarily? Also im doing hydroponic not soil.

might take long time for it to recover but its possible.when they are a seedling they don't have much leaf yet so any damage takes longer vs bigger plant with couple full leaves.also don't use hps during veg save it for flower time, you be better off buying some more cheap led lights for veg. good luck

Im gonna give it 3 days and if it doesnt seem to recover very much ill have to pull it. But i should mention also that its an Auto seed so i wasnt to worried about starting off with hps since i wanted to keep them small anyways
