lol why its size? it is pretty big but not quite as big as the pic makes it look lol. Got to get a better camera.

I look at how much time it would take to make one. Its a lot of construction for $200, which means they sold to the head shop for $100! There's also the hardware cost too, each ground joint on there will run you a few dollars or more. There are a lot of ground joints on it! No small process......

Kitty, is it hard to do those "pushed in" Dewar joints? Not sure if you've ever done them but they look harder to do and usually cost me when they're in a piece.

Extremely easy. EXTREMELY easy. They are just prettier, so folks charge more. The dewar joint itself is around $4. Then you need $1 worth of clear to drop it in and seal it up.

OOhh gotch ya. yeah that makes sense, cant wait to get into blowing, as soon as i have money for equipment im diving balls deep into it.

Seriously? Man I wish I knew that before now! Next custom piece I have made is definitely getting a Dewar joint

Here's a dewar joint, and some 38mm tube. Just melt it in where they touch and make the weld seamless. Voila!

And a kiln full of honey oil extractors.......

And a Uranium Millifiore Auora/Sublime Honeycombed Twisted oil dome and matching slide............

I personally have found that the stainless steel okief extractors are the best. I have about 5 glass ones for backup but don't 100% trust them. I pack my tubes tight and like a hoseclamp holding on the stainless screen. I found the little hole at the end for the tane makes it nearly impossible to get the material out. you only have one side to pull the waste from. With the rubber stopper you get a hollow tube you can push a wooden dowel through. Makes it 100% easier.

Were you sold on these because I've been constantly posting about them when anyone asks? Or is it just coincidence?

Okief for the win! I've got three of the ones that fit about a zip (1"x12"?) Which size do you use? I was contemplating the larger ones but I feel the larger the diameter the more likely you are to lose out a bit on efficiency.

The one inch x 12. No I've had one for a while. They were one of the firsts to come out. I like them and they are reasonably priced.

Today I was with my two best friends and one decided to get a new piece for himself for his birthday. Well once we all three got there, we all found something we like and all from the same blower, "Frank."

My glow in the dark chillum.









She kept calling it "Glow Glass", as the product name? It just needs some sun light and it will glow, but it needs to be pretty dark. I'm working on getting a picture of it actually glowing.

We definitely made her (shop owner) happy right at closing time today!

That Rainbow colored bubbler is beautiful, I love that color scheme! Frank puts out some great work!

Glow glass is a color company. One of the good glow rods.

good to know I got the better type. the shop owner had it hidden behind the counter and only pulled it out when I asked about glow in the dark glass.

They actually glow. I have a lot of glow glass that glows but bubbles up when used. No way around it. Straight bubbles.

What do you mean, bubbles when used? When you try to work with it on the torch, or when used as in smoking out of?

On the torch. Even incased in clear it burns. Glass dies burn. Colors burn easily sometimes. The liver color is a common burn color

So what your saying is it's just hard as hell to work with, slow and low? I'm not a blower, but just the curious mind... very curious about glass.
