!st problem of the season. HELP

ok so i went outside to check on the plants and i noticed that on a 2 of them there were browning on the tips of the leaves, They arent burnts they are still very moist, i have an idea of what could have happened. i might have gotten some "Deer Off" on them when spraying the area around them, It isnt happening on the new sets of leaves but i see it on a the last set. see pictures below.. ALL HELP WANTED!



ps i know the second pic looks like the plant is streched as hell.. well it is and i know it so dont tell me

oh yea. i also forgot. as i was reading i saw that it could be bc of over nutes. I have some urea mixed (control released 48-0-0) mixed in with the soil and just last friday i added some EJ GROW so i could have given it to much Nitrogen let me know ur thoughts everyone...
