Standalone shed build for flower room - design advice

I'm planning on building from the ground up a shed for my flower room. Dimensions will be 12 x 10 feet, with a height of 9 feet. I plan on using 4 double ended 1000w hps lights with a light footprint of 6x5 apparently, but I'll be using them in 5x5 sections. So I'll have 2 lights on each 10 ft side wall with 5x5 tables underneath them, and 2 ft of space to walk down the middle of the room. The tables will be fairly low, about 2 to 2.5 ft tall, and on casters so I can pull the tables away from the wall to have access to the back of the table. I'll be doing a drip to waste system.

Is this a setup that would work without issues. Anything I'm not considering? I want to plan it out before I start building and putting money and time into it.

Thanks.

Yes, I'm accounting for those things. Ventilation I'll have an 8 inch exhaust fan at the back top center of the room. No vented hoods but with going into fall and winter and cooler temps I think I should be ok. Humidifier in the room, and controllers. Waste water I'll have 1 inch hose for each table going through the wall and outside.
Security is pretty good as there is a fence and gate around the property, and of course I'll have the shed locked.
