started pineapple chunk seeds today

cloned my outdoor p/c today i might do a second grow of it as its starting to come around in spite of me screwing it up also have super lemon haze babies so i will have to decide one day soon its gonna be hard as the p/c is turning out to be a good yielder

here is pics taken this morning harvest is still a few weeks off yet things are continuing to improve with new growth as they recover pineapple chunk is one of those strains i think you could veg. a week & turn light 12/12 with good results its finaly displaying the traits i originaly selected it for

I haven't read all the postings on here and don't really have the energy to lol, but I am also growing Lemon Skunk, and Pineapple Chunk..4 600w hps in flowering, 3 400w mh in veg...i veg for 8 weeks at a time.....the pineapple chunk ive noticed to be a lil taller (1.5m or so)...but I cloned it anyway cuz if it does turn out to be good i wanna have some...now the lemon skunk has been a treat for me so far....a very nice, easy to grow plant that doesn't require hardly any attention and produces awesome quality smoke everytime....a great plant to get and very suprised it was free to me too! lol any questions u may have toss at me or pm me.....lem sk is a joy to grow dude good choice....

i harvested my lemon skunk & its the bomb my p/c is quite a bit slower but it saves the best for the last its starting to grow on me i wasnt impressed at first as its so different from everything else but thats starting to change

hey serious weeds this stuff has the potential to tield big barney aint bullshitting there in spite of me causing a major die off its still trying to reward me, i set a friend up with clones & im gonna post some pics of his grow too . getting back to the yield i estimate i hurt my yield 35-40% but its still gonna yield good i had all but written it off & was gonna yank it its a good thing i didnt i have 5 plants & im real curious about yield & how it smokes i have clones as i think this strain is gonna be a keeper once i get it tamed down a bit these photos are mostly of ney growth after the die-off im hoping they bulk up in the next few weeks

Let me know when you toke that one up if it seems to be a keeper I have made two clones of each plant of mine so if it is good I can start another grow.

ive been holding off on my final opinion of this stuff it grows fast & generates yield but there is no sparkles on my buds i like resin drippin buds with sparkley stuff i already cloned & my friend has some growing too so i will evaluate his as well just in case that die-off had a bad influence on my buds i had lemon skunk in this grow & its kick-ass little sugar buds,rocklock as well but i didnt like it at all

smoked some last night its good but not great no pineapple taste[maybe if i cured it] the high leans towards the indica side its a good all around smoke but not a great one a 6 out of 10 rating i snipped this bud a bit early but im not gonna do a second grow

so ive got a few waiting to go.just curious if anyone whose growing this or has tried this can rate this against g-13's p/e?ive grown that already and is some killer!from what ived read on the p/c it doesnt stack up to the p/e.wonder if i can make an exchange?like that would be possible.lol!

from my experience i would run with the g-13 p/e the 25% thc content barney claims is either wrong or some of the other stuff like headband,purplewreck ,sour diesel & mango ive grown must have 50% or better but all joking aside ive come to the conclusion pineapple chunk is ok but it aint ''all that'' i chopped today & im a bit early but i want to empty my room out & get my next grow started bottom line there is so many strains out there that would be better in my opinion my advice stick with established strains you can find grow journals on heres a pic from my harvest

That is sad to hear. I hope mine turns out ok but I'm use to dirt weed, so to me I'm sure it will be fine. I was going to get pineapple express just so much bad mouthing I went with Barney's due to thinking he was good since I seen a article on him somewhere. guess you should not pay attention to everything you hear.
I have Tried PE once it was great or so I thought when I heard it being talked ill about I just thought dang how much better does it really get. Got PC because there was not much info on it and thought I could do a grow on that and start my RIU account up and spread a little info at the same time. Good Luck on next Grow.

hey serious its not bad & youre gonna do good with it i had set the bar kind of high & i have super lemon haze babies ready to go & i have the advantage of grow journals that are complete to research on a more positive note a friend came by yesterday while i was trimming bud & we fired the rest of that bud i clipped & he loves it & wants to buy all of it [close to 1/2lb] so you cant go by my opinion & in defense of the p/c i mishandled it & it still produced for me & im not out anything ill be getting my investment back seven fold & i also have outdoor harvest coming up that is fire [707 headband] i cloned the p/c & set someone up who is doing 18 of them under 2 1000w. lights

yeah i figured since the g13 was sooo good tasted like grilled pineapple that barney's would blow that outta the water.given their reputation for good genetics.but owell as long as they dont hermy.that slh is the bomb tho!!ive grown it four times since i first tried it.my thoughts were its as good as pe as far as taste is concerned.with the pe being more couchlock and slh more heady.the smell of either growing is fairly stong but pleasant.i only got 1 pheno with pe but three with slh.all three being distinctly different.these three were from the same grow same conditions.i kept the best revegged and cloned!!

yea i selected the best 3 slh out of a 10 pack & cloned them for my grow which i started today gonna post a p/c bud pic soon & close the door on it

here is pics after 2 days of drying buds are dark green with a lot of red hairs on them strain has very little smell & odor is slight citrus gonna end up with about 7 oz.

props herk! 7 oz is better than 0. plus they really look like they'll be hard hitters.

Hey Herk, not bad at all! Just started my seedlings, funnily enough they are the tallest ones so far! lol but with a few probs, started a journal but 10 days in and the Pinepple chunk are showing a bit of weird interveinal yellowing in patches, weird cos its only affectin one plant in particular, the other is mildly affected in comparrison with the other strains as green as grass, weird huh, transplanted into larger pots already as by day 8/9 the roots were at the bottom of the 10 cm pot! lol Just wondered if you had any weird yellowing prob early on in veg for comparrison, have a quick look if you get 2 secs
