What are your thoughts on LED lights? Its a small personal grow only 4 plants. And I share my apartment so I have to keep my energy costs really low. I plan to germinate the seeds directly in the rockwool, as I have read a technique that I believe should work. Let me know what you think. Do i need anything else to start my grow?

those little 90w led lights are great for supplemental lighting but won't get the job done of 4 plants in my opinion. you are gonna need something a little bigger. look into 250w hps lights. they pull very little electricity and don't require cooling if you don't want to air cool them. plus if you get a switchable ballast you'll be able to use mh bulbs for veg and hps for flower. i know there are a ton of led growers on here but i've never seen an led grow produce the density and yields that hps does unless they have $1,000's in led's.

i use that exact tent... not alot of room in there for 4 grown plants....the design of that tent is retarded

On Top i have:
i have a 400w light
exhaust tubing and a booster fan pushing air out

On Bottom i have:
humidifier
oscilatiing (spelling error) desk fan
bucket of co2
2 plants and 1 clone in a party cup

plus wiring (the setup of the tent is retarded, i personally cant find a clean way to run all my wires)
the floor is very cramped in there...

that tent would be good for a sog, but it sucks with bushes
