Tweed website shows 3 seeds for $30.................
I actually just don’t want to purchase anything from an LP.
Don’t want there crappy genectis .

I had thought about it when it all started for me last year and figured I had jumped through enough hoops already for HC that Supporting/ buying LP poison wasn’t going to happen.

Yes buying those seeds from tweed to fulfil my script and would give me the proper paperwork if court was ever an issue.

As it stands right now the judge would say I’m not in accordance to acmpr because I don’t have proof my plants were purchased through a legal source.

So yes buying the seeds and throwing them away and just keeping the paperworkd is the way it might have to work in future.
But right now I’ll take my chances with just the HC registration paper

I agree. So, spend thirty bucks and all bases are covered. Buy real seeds from a real seed company....grow the real seeds, clone off your own clones to match your HC approved paperwork . Keep a mother. All is good. HC makes no mention of maintaining your own mother and your own clones. Just as long as you have proof of buying the original seeds from an LP.

Yep your right.
That’s exactly the way you are supposed to go about it.

Hopefully some people here that have wife and kids or anything they want to protect will read this. It’s really the only way to be protected 100% in the acmpr.
It’s the paperwork from the LP combined with HC registration that makes you 100% legal.
Like you said All bases are covered that way.

It will be wonderful for those that don’t grow.4 plants is a joke when it comes to indoor and 4 people in the house smoking or partaking in some fashion.
These new government shops are you kidding me, it’ll be an adult candy store for those willing to pay 14 bucks a gram.
Your going to have 40 year olds running around these store like a chicken with its head cut off because there will so many poison varieties for them to choose.

That’s what I did. Ordered 3 clones from thc bio med just to cover my ass. Still have cuts going from the two of them over a year later. No complaints really. Now I just order beans off line......got some black berry kush x meat breath on the way right now from Jordan of the islands

There’s like 100,000 med growers signed up and only god knows how many people will take advantage of the 4 plant limit.
Who’s gonna come knocking asking bout where u got the seeds.

Here’s how the convo would go at my door.

“Where’d you get your starting material?”

“I got them from yo mama!”
Come back with a warrant to DNA test my plants twatwaffle

You Can't Grow Cannabis Without Starting Materials
Feb. 3, 2017 5:37 PM
Summary
  • In Canada, medical marijuana patients are given a choice between growing it themselves and purchasing it from a Health Canada Licensed Producer.
  • Both patients and Licensed Producers alike must purchase their starting materials (seeds or live plants) from legally approved sources.
  • In this article we provide a brief overview of the companies involved in selling approved starting materials, and why its a big deal.
And yet there it is on the form. The option to say no. Weird, seems like a choice and not a requirement.

It’s actually a trick question IMO.
I mean why else would they ask that question and then clearly state you must obtain starting materials from a legally approved source that comes with signed document.

Lol...couldn't have said it better myself. As far as I'm concerned they gave me the choice, I marked "No", I don't need starting materials and was still given my license. They can go fuck themselves if later they try and say I'm not 100% legal....I'd like to see what a judge would say in that case.
