Starting off: 60w grow, 3 seedlings.

Right now i have 3 seedlings that are 3 days old, the seeds are from my 1st outdoor grow this year that i started from seed also. i only found a seed every once in awhile when i was breaking up the weed, but im curious to see how i turns out under some cfls. they are under two 17w-7800k grow tubes from walmart (not the best spectrum i know) and 2 13 watt 2700k CFLs. i got a timer set on 20/4 also. this is all being done in my closet. so how much more light am i going to need for flowering assuming two females?im planning on vegging for atleast 3 weeks before i switch my timer to 12/12. ide like to yeild a half ounce per plant minimum. any advice for what im going to need to achieve this is much appreciated.

much more light, but im sure you could get away with 2 40w 2700k cfl's
but it also depends on how tall you are willing to let them go.

i think with 4 40w cfl you will be able to reach you're half Oz per plant.

and if your doing to veg for 3 weeks with that light they will only be about 4 maybe 6 inches tall... so maybe a foot and a half at harvest?? i would wait a month for veg and definitely get more light

ok well i just went to walmart and bought 4 20w 2700k CFLs. so once i hook those up ill have 110w of 2700k CFL's and 34w of 7800k grow tube light. should i be able to pull off an ounce of weed from this? i figure if i get less females itll be more light for that plant(s)and if i get lucky then itll be less light be per plant but probaly be around the same yeild

if grown properly , those 3 plants should break the 1 Oz limit with the given light .
too bad u went and bought 20 watters , could easily buy 45 watters and get planty of more light .
im not sure on the 7800k tube , think its off the plant spectrum . but u may want to get a second opinion on that ..

well the box it was in said grow light.

yeah theres also incadecent grow bulb which is pure crap .
im not saying ur growing flouro tube is crap also , but what i would do , is find out as much as i can about it .
