Starting seeds for Coco/PerliteVerm Mix?

Hello all, well I'm finally gonna start my grow and want to go with the 2 liter hempy method. I have a 4x4x7tent with a 600 hps and have bc depot ultimate purple with GH 3 part and Calimagic.

My question is how do you guys start seeds for Hempy? Rock wool into a perlite little cup? Then transplant them into the 2 liters? This is my first grow.

That will work fine. I prefer rapid rooters over rockwool, but have used rockwool in the exact scenario you mentioned with great success. Just be real careful of rockwool over saturation and watch for damping off.

I actually just re-read your post and realized you are growing in 2 liter containers. Personally I wouldn't even bother starting them in smaller cups. You can put the rockwool cubes directly into a 2 liter container. I've actually done that with 2 liter bottles before and it worked out fine. Only real issue was they needed feeding twice a damn day in full flower. Doubt I would ever use containers that small again without some kinda drip system.
