Stay away from Attitude Seeds

I got my order from them within 5 days! Also all seeds popped. You should gave done your research on what breeders you bought from and genetics.

I order on 10/18 got 3 fem sweet afgani delicous, as a bonus I was suppose to get 1 fem KK and 10 free fem dinafem seeds. They didn't send me my 10 free fem seeds and are now saying I have to order again and the will give me a couple ufo's as replacements, this is a total crock. The only reason I ordered was because I would be receiving 10 free fem seeds and I don't get them. Attitude, unless they fix this for me, has lost my business. This was my first time ordering and this is how they treat their customers. Complete BS!!! I've emailed them 3 time and got 2 responses that were pretty lame excuses for saying woops we fucked up but you gotta give us more money before we will fix it. What kinda business can run with this ass-backwards thinking?!?!?!?!

Oh and I have been nothing but polite w/ attitude in my first 3 emails, kindly explaining the situation and how I feel wronged, but yet they still say "just add so and so's name in the comment box on your next purchase and some ufos will be added"

" I don't wanna fucking order from you unless you show me good customer service w/ a fuck up that's your fault" that's what I wish I could just scream in their ear but I know this would get me nowhere fast lol

I've had several orders from attitude....all good, no probs with any seeds....90% germ....attitude is a stand up seed distributor .....if you're straight up with them, they will be straight up with you.

Did you not read my post......................I told them the truth of me ordering just because of the 10 fem dinafem seed promo, it showed on my receipt and now because of their fuck up(they don't have any of the dinafem promo seeds left even though I ordered as soon as the promo started on 10/18) they will give me they seeds they owe me if I order again...........................does that make good business sense to you as a consumer?

I ordered 2 varieties from attitude. KC Brains 42 and AK-48 from Nirvana.
And I recieved a couple supposed bonus seeds.
Every seed sent to me was tiny and looked exactly the same even though they supposedly came from 3 different sources.
They produced nothing but scrawny leggy sativas, that you might find along a Kansas highway. No smell, bad internodal spacing, tiny buds.
I have been growing 35 years. Not a rookie.
I always had good luck with Canadian sources and wish Stairway to heaven was still operating.
With the way you see things,youre beter off buying directly from the breeder.Not a bank.All they do is supply the beans prepackaged by the breeders.So in reality,a bank isn't responsible at all for any genetic flaws or strain mismatch.Banks are pure sellers,not breeders.Seedbanks are onley responsible for boxing the prepackaged beans(from the breeders) & anything shiping related.
Breeders are responsible for breeding,Packaging & sealing the seeds.And anything related to the seeds(genetic flaws etc).

It would be nice to see the email's between anyone with a problem & the seed company (names blacked out of course)

I run a rather large company (revenues in the 10's of millions) & I know a bit about customer service. I can't see anyone in business acting the way people are saying Attitude is acting.

If there was one customer service rep that was causing issues I would think you would simply request to deal with someone else or go above them or what ever. Now if they made an honest mistake or something went wrong & the client went off on them I could then understand being aggressive back. Once you get to that stage the customer is gone forever so they may just say fark it.
It has been my experience that a customer dealing with a company in a happy manor when things go wrong will get you much further that freaking out. It's easier to find a new customer that to find a new employee so, with me anyways, if a client get belligerent with one of my people, the client if hung up on or written off until they come back civil.

Trust me my friend, I am one who believes in being kind and peaceful to resolve things not anger and hatred.

Attitude is pretty much saying that I have to spend more money to get what should have been sent to me in the first place. They have now come back saying if I order during the next Dinafem promo, I will receive double of dinafem promo seeds and 1 extra ufo. Well see what has me upset with this is in the previous email I asked"So say I order the same thing, what exactly would I be getting" the reason I'm still upset is because fo all I know the next Dinafem promo is gonna be 1 free fem seed when the last one was 10, so if I would agree to their terms I would be gettin bent over and fucked in the ass.

I have explained to them that I aslo have to stay up til 2am pst to get an email and then respond instantly to only have it take them another 2-3 hours to get back to me again. So I'm thinking I really just want them to send me my 10 fem seeds that they owe and never do business thru them again.

An update for you.

I planted some seeds recently and all but 3 didnt geriminate. From Attitude I planted one GH Kings kush which sprouted and 3 Reeferman's EPK which only one germinated. This absoultely is not Attititudes fault as I bought them the week they came in stock there. Sometimes seeds don't sprout and I am not unhappy and if I was I would go directly to the breeder at this point. I didn't pregerm this time just put them all straight in soil. Both Plants look normal and are growing at the same pace as the rest of my plants from various breeders and suppliers.

yeah it happened to me a couple of times, they replace usually but it depends on if the breeder wants to.

F--k em i wont make the mistake of ordering again. i got males from fem seeds..... did not get what i ordered........ the substitute beans were bunk.....free beans were wasting my time more bunk.
BUYER BEWARE.....if you like attitude please don`t pm me about it......

Agreed i have purchased from attitude 4 times. All were fast and easy. GO WITH A MORE KNOWN BREEDER MABY NEXT TIME OR WAIT FOR A GOOD FREEBIE DEAL i just got 10 dinafem Bluewidow and Critical + for free along with Pineapple Express and Kandy Kush

All the freebies i have right now are
2 Pineapple Express Fem

5 Dinafem Bluewidow 80% Fem
5 Dinafem Critical + 60% Fem
