Quick specs:
-600 watt hps for flower in a cool tube hung vertically
-5 gallon each recirculating DWC setup
-GH nutrients using lucas formula
-6 strains - GDP, purple trainwreck, querkle, mendo purps, chem dawg, gods gift all from clone
-vegged under fluoros 200-300 watts, haven't added it up yet
-total room size is 3W x 13L x 7H
-veg and flowers rooms are both about 3x4

The room is hidden within the basement. It's 98% stealth (wiring and duct is only thing outside room). 10g wire with a 20amp breaker for the room. GFCI outlets.

I had to move things along in the veg room pretty quick, and the flower side is not done yet. These will go to flower as soon as it's ready. The next batch gets cloned when these move, and will be vegged out during the flower time of the last set. So 2 weeks to root, leaves 6 weeks to veg since most of these should flower in about 60 days.

If you have any suggestions or see something I did wrong, let me know.

I may redo my venting.
Currently it pulls air for the light from inside the house and dumps under the house using its own fan. I may connect it to my bigger room vent fan and just leave the bottom of the cooltube open, getting rid of the extra fan and duct. The original plan was to use the light as heat for the house, but since i was intaking air from the basement at 50f or less it only made it to 65f by the time it got into the house, not worth it. So i flipped the fan around without thinking of just removing it. Anyone see why i would have left it the way it is? I may have a reason i just can't remember.

Also, i may try to reverse the airflow and intake from under the house and exhaust to basement. Under the house is colder but also more humid. Under the house and the basement do end up sharing some airflow through cracks and open spaces.

If this run works out I will be redoing things to run another 600watts and 6 more flowering for a total of 12.

First pic is now, second is the plan.

They are usually 1-2" away, it stays at about 70f in there so far.

looks pretty good, anyway u could put that toob on its side
I could but then alot of light would be lost out the top, until the plants could reach above it. By going vertically in the center almost all of the light is used. There will be a wire cage around the bulb to keep the plants back a few inches. I've never grown vertically before, but it seems like a good idea. I have alot of vertical space and little horizontal space.

Built a box around the inline fan and moved it out of the room and under the house, much quieter and I now have more vertical space. The box is just plywood stuffed with styrofoam and fiberglass insulation, made it 2x as quiet. Should have the room done in the next week.
