Grow09 001.jpgWhat up people? I've seen plenty of stealth grow set-ups, so I decided to give it a try. While sitting back one day smoking ang playing some Call Of Duty a idea popped in my head. Turn your old BIG screen TV into a grow spot.??. I think it was the Trees talking to me, But I did it. And after I grew another set of nuts..LOL Positive or negative let me know what you all think...

Just curious, but what happens when the lights are on while it's put together. I presume you gutted it completely, but does light show through the screen?

Hopefully nobody tries to play the xbox!

The first negative that popped into my mind is if someone has a new big screen TV someone might question why they have two since that is not the most normal thing for people to have.

Because of their size if one is replaced normally the old one is done away with.

Now if you have a large home with several large rooms and each is in a different room and the old one is plugged into an outlet, preferably a dummy outlet, so it looks functional it could pass as long as there is not an odor in the area.

But if I were checking out a place and spotted two big screen TV’s I would likely look at them somewhat closely.

But then I do have a more suspicious mind than most and I do enjoy using both sides of my brain.

Other than that I think it is a great idea.

One problem, what happens when someone wants to turn it on and watch some tele? Its a big TV... people like big TV's...

But thats a beautiful project :) I'm just starting my first stealth grow, using LED's to lower heat, NFT Hydro system and its hidden in the loft behind some wall pannels. No noise leaks, no light leaks, should be pretty good.

let us know how your plants grow :)
