Looking good Nate. My 3 Lowryder2 plants are about the same really... almost to week 8 from sprout. 1 plant is really packing it on and frosted, while the other 2 are still covered with long ass white pistils. Not sure if im dealing with 2 different phenos here or what. Same ph ed water, same nutes - same everything really. Head scratcher for sure.
i will say again that your scrog looks fantastic and quite even with your canopy. I went lst and its turned pretty haphazard. Lol.
looking forward to the weight out and smoke report on your gals!

Yeah man I feel your pain! My Haze is probably 2-3 weeks behind the Industrial Plant. The problem is I have to hang dry in the tent (gotta keep it stealth) so I might just have to chop both when the Industrial Plant is ready and make cannabutter out of the Haze. Thanks man! At this point I'm just hoping to get 1.5 oz from the Industrial Plant and I'll consider it a success :bigjoint:

Harvested the Industrial Plant last night on day 66! The calyxes were starting to turn purple on the main cola and the fan leaves were dying off so I figured it was time.

I'm honestly blown away by the harvest I got off the Platinum LED p150. Nug density was off the charts, resin production is light years ahead of my last grow and these plants STINK.

Here's a picture of the main cola from an Industrial Plant Auto grown under 75w of T5 fluorescents next to the main cola from an Industrial Plant Auto grown under 87w of LED. Same strain, same tent, same soil and nutes, different lights:

It's like night and day. It looks like the LED nug took a shit, and that shit was the T5 nug...

All trimmed up the Industrial Plant harvest weighed 250g *wet* so assuming I lose 80% weight to drying, that puts me at 1.79 (theoretical) ounces off one plant. We'll see what the final dry weight ends up being, but I'm quite confident it'll be more than the 1.5 oz I was aiming for.

The Haze Auto plant isn't nearly ready for harvest so I decided to leave it for another 2-3 weeks. Although it has quite a bit of leaf yellowing it smells like blueberry muffins (no joke) so I didn't have the heart to chop it and use it for cannabutter like I had planned.

Got the Industrial Plant drying in the tent next to the Haze; I put foil over the screen after I took this pic so all the hanging buds are shielded from the light. Humidity under the foil by the nugs is currently 45% and temp is 80° F so it's as close to ideal drying conditions as I could get it.

Hey guys,

I recently purchased a Platinum LED p150 grow light (87w actual power draw) and will be comparing it to a 75w T5 light that I used in my last grow journal (harvested 40g bud & 40g trim/popcorn nugs) . In addition to the light, I built a SCROG screen to try and simplify the task of spreading the canopy (last time I had a mess of slipknots by the end). Otherwise the grow conditions are exactly the same, including the strains that I will be growing.

My setup is:

- 2.5'(width) x 1.5'(depth) x 3'(height) Milliard grow tent inside of a cabinet that I fitted with a lock.

- 4"x8" Phresh Filter (150 cfm) connected to an Apollo Horticulture 4" (190 cfm) inline duct fan, with insulated ducting leading out the top of the tent. I also have a 6" Lasko fan blowing across the tops of the plants at all times.

The plants I am growing are Dinafem Industrial Plant Auto CBD (1:2 THC:CBD) and Dinafem Haze Auto CBD (1:1 THC:CBD). They were soil germinated in their final containers (3 gal fabric pots).

The light has been fixed at 26" above the soil, which is on the closer end of the recommended hanging height for seedlings with this light (with only veg switch on). I noticed the seedlings stretching, however, and flipped on the bloom switch to give them a bit more light. They seem to be thriving now.

From what Mark at Platinum LED told me it's within reason to expect 1g/watt of their lights, so this time around I'm aiming for ~3oz total off the 2 plants. We'll see what happens!
That is slick! A couple questions: 1) How is that fan working for you? Would you recommend it? 2) What is it attached to? I can see myself emulating this setup. I just googled 2x2x4 tents and they're out there. It would save me some work that's for sure. Nice!!

Thanks guys! I'm pretty stoked on it :bigjoint: Definitely the best bud I've grown to date! :hump:

Sheikster403 - I do my trimming when it's fresh off the plant. I find it easier to trim before drying while the leaves are still perky.

Giantsfan24 -
1.) Fan has been working great for me; I can run it on the lowest setting and it's still enough to suck the sides of my tent in. It's pretty quiet too...when you're in the same room with the fan on low all you can hear is a light hum coming from the cabinet.
2.) Fan is mounted tight to the tent frame with zip ties.
Thanks man, I'm pretty stoked with how this setup performed this time around. :weed:

Thank you very much. What brand is it?

Great job Nate! Was hoping to catch your results. I ended up with 44 g. Off of my biggest Lowryder2. Skunky as hell, sparkling shiny and big time head change.
