Im going to start a cfl grow soon, but I have a few questions
my flowering chamber is going to be 2.5'x2x2 with 4 65 watt bulbs and 9 13 watt bulbs(or maybe 26) will this be enough lighting?

2)will I be able to flower 12 plants from a rooted clone in this chamber(one cola plants)

3) is 2x1.5x2 big enough for a mother clone chamber with 2 or 3 bonsai mothers and a small dwc cloning box?

4)will 2 65 watt and 6 13 watt bulbs be enough for my mother chamber

5)I love a nice couch lock high, what strains would you suggest, I was thinking WW and northern lights

6)what kind of yields should I expect with 12 single cola plant in my flowering chamber above

A 2'x2' space gives you 4sq. feet to mess with, and if you are going to be doing a sea of green with clones I would do 4 per sq. foot. That would give you 16 clones.

The 65w CFL bulbs are ~4000 lumens a piece and 13w are ~700. So you are working with around 22,000 lumens. With that amount of low watt CFLs, I'm sure you could arrange them all over your box to give the plant the most effective light possible; and much better than a few big ones.

With that head room, accounting for lighting fixtures, a few inches cool room, and growing mediums I think you would get 7-14g dry off each clone. You could have them growing in sets of 4, two weeks apart. That way you would harvest 1-2 ounces per 2 weeks.

I don't see why people don't use the SOG method more often for micro grows. Perhaps just scared from inexperience of the mother/cloning process? Or just laziness.

Whatever you choose to do, just know you get out of this what you put into it.
