Stealth Grow Fan CFM and Carbon Filter?

I'm looking for a good fan and carbon filter for a 30"x16"x16"(L-W-H) grow box, and all I can find is ones that are for larger grows. I don't want to get a carbon filter than buy a low CFM fan and have it be to low powered to work with the carbon filter. So my question is does anybody have any set-ups they use, or is it all DIY? Also, what kind of fan should I have to go in my grow box, will a regular desk fan or two work? My budget is around $100 for fans + filter.

I'm trying to keep the noise as low as possible.

With that space you will probably need to go custom. I did something similar with my cab (it's smaller than your setup) used PVC and hardware cloth for mine but the walmart idea is a good tool-free setup.

Yeah so far I haven't been able to find any mini carbon filters, the lowest one I could find was a 6" and it's suppose to work for an entire room. I might have to build my own, I'm just skeptical because it has to filter the air right, and if I screw up I'll have to throw my plants out. Anyone else have any suggestions? I need a low CFM fan that will work with a small carbon filter.

Btw, will basically any fan work for a small DIY carbon filter?
