I've got 2 (3 months)bubblegum females in a hempy bucket and I just found redish brown sandy looking shit on some of my stems. Does anyone have some idea what the hell is attacking my girls stems? Thank s in advance.

Never heard of it? Got pics
Don't have have any pics. I did cut off a small lower stem that was infested and then cut the stem open and found a worm. I know from last year that budworms eat buds but do they bore into stems? Maybe what I'm seeing on the outside of the stems is worm shit. The girls are just starting to leave veg state. By the way this is an outdoor project. Golden any advice for a 2nd year newb?

Well first I would look up this worm problem and figure out how to properly treat it.Well you did the right thing by cutting off that stem and finding the problem.
My advice is to get some Hydrogen peroxide and put it in your water. I am not sure how much, but I do beleive this will kil whatever is in the soil, hopefully it will travel up the roots.
