Stem damage

My stem got bent due to something falling on it I tried to make a splint do you think it will survive

If the stem just folded but did not break, then it should survive.

The leaves still look healthy and perky in the picture. How long after the event was that pic taken?

This happened yesterday evening I took the pic a few mins ago

It should make it..

I’d lay off on watering for a bit. A small plant in large pot is not easy to keep properly watered. Let the roots reach out.
