is the width/strength of the trunk @ the base a good indicator of a strong/healthy plant that would likely put out a high yield?
Since they are always trying to stand up straight, does LSTing them give them a workout like constant wind does and cause the trunk to get thicker? I would imagine if they were being restrained in a position they were trying to get out of that they would do everything they could to toughen up in attempt to become vertical. Am I right?
