That's because they did studies. A child predator is 10 times more likely to use pot over candy when luring a child.

The only thing I can think of is that pedophiles ruin lives, abused children that will develop a need for psychiatry, medication, end up violent, commit crimes, become pedophile themselves, go to jail maybe, .. that's profitable for the government.
Pot on the other hand, works against prescription meds, can't be regulated, since any one can get seeds and grow ..

certain things need to be dealt with by we the people , sex offenders are emotionally retarded individuals in which the ONLY sure remedy is to track them down via free internet sites , drag them out of their homes and execute them in the streets.

makes me think, legislators and judges are all pedophiles for the most part.

similar to the priesthood. (scum is attracted to power and usually gets it (cause of all the scum allready in power))

Pink jumpsuits and chemical castration for paedos within the normal prison population...means you can kill paedos and claim it wasn't your fault ;)

A "crime" must involve a victim. Nonconsensual acts perpetrated upon somebody are likely crimes. Some forms of "child abuse" are exactly that. Some are harder to define, for instance what about the case of a consensual act where one person is just over the age of majority and one person is just under the age of majority and their sex acts are consensual?

16 years ago things were viewed much differently now and it's not really fair- it's just not relevant anymore. Many politicians back then were exalting the similar penalties, including some Democrats.
