still green behind the ears

Hello i am new to this forum and still green behind the ears when it comes to this but hopefully green in my box :weed: i have started some plants in a old metal closet and i have one fan in and one big fan out a 400w MH light during the day my temps are around 80+ and 20-30% humid at night it drops to 60+ and 50% humid i gremanited the seeds and planted them in some soil and put them on 13hrs light i just moved the liht down to 11 1/2 they have the two false leaves and starting to get the other ones but the plants are getting to tall for the stalks and starting to fall over i have supported the plants with bread ties (ones that are falling over) and this is why i took my light time down to try and give the stalks a chance to catch up PLEASE HELP will take any advice that will help thank you all in advance

you can be green, or you can be wet behind the ears. you need a fan blowing on your stems. simulates wind and helps them thicken up.

daytime humidity id a little low for such a small plant and changing to 11.5 hours of light won't help your stems strengthen. at this stage it'll just make them flower sooner. if you want decent yield you should veg for a while under 18 hours of light.
