Still troubleshooting

Thought I'd post another more timely thread, due to their relatively short shelf life.
I've started a small indoor CFL cabinet with two feminized white widow plants. They've been up for about a month, and the feedback I've received so far is that they should be much further along than they are. I was asked by one poster to provide some basic info in order to get a better handle on things, so here's what's what:
The cabinet is 28x26x16, lit at the moment with seven 26W daylight lamps and one 40W, all on an 18-6 schedule. There is plenty of ventilation (the cabinet looks more like swiss cheese than a solid box), with two fans going 24/7
[Consult photos, please]Green pot is a loam, peat moss, perlite mix, 4 to 1 to 1, with no intrinsic nutrients. Earth pot is a commercial mix, Sta-Green, with a 14-11-8 NPK formula.
I'm using a Miracle-Gro liquid, 12-4-8 NPK as a supplement, in a solution less than the recommended 1 TSP per gallon, which I've applied sparingly.
I'm watering lightly, and only when the water meter shows less than 5 about halfway down the pot.
Soil PH appears to be right around 7, unless my PH stick isn't working as it should.
Temp is high 70s-low 80s at the pot tops, humidity on average about 25%.
Light meter at the plant tops reads between 7 and 8, with plants between 3" and 4" from the lamps.
As you can see I have some yellowing problems, which I've been told could be light/heat related, or a lack of nitrogen, and I'm frankly stumped about what to do next.
So any sage advice you might have to offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...
