Stop watering how many days before harvest?

It takes longer to dry herb the closer you water to harvest, so should I stop watering 3 days before or longer?
I see your theory.....but drying a plant right out prior to harvest can create real trimming pains. I think I have done 2 days, but it also depends on how fast your plants suck up the water from the soil. Mine still had enough moisture to keep the leaves perky, but the pots were lite.

I don't know if that helps or not.

so, if i were to do my final watering tonight, I could cut tomorrow night then? Provided Ive done my flushing good up to this point? and cut down in the dark right before lights on? its what I usually do, but is there a large difference to chopping when the lights are on? I know what jorge cervantes has to say about it, just want other feedback. mayb e Ill start a thread.
