Stopped flowering

I have an unknown sativa plant 4weeks into flowering and progress seems to have stopped and some of the pistils are dying off. There aren't any pistils showing on the lower 2/3 of the plant. Any ideas?

While I don't pretend to know what the problem could be, a picture is worth a thousand words!
