STRAINLY

I received a clone with HLVd from pigtail. If you're willing to pay the prices that pigtail charges check out secretselections.io
When?? Will retract my statement. Have been researching that list I posted previously. 2 of them take weeks to send, but take credit card which I need, or paypal. I infer they make clones for you, so less likely sending out whatever they have handy and false labeling. Don't think I posted it here, but thinking about doing my own mold testing of plants. Buy agar petri dishes, take cut disinfect outside, then crush and add to agar dish in glovebox. Should be able to identify any growth on google. Anxious for Tumi to add broad spectrum mold test. If it has fusarium, pythium, or botrytis, needs to be trashed or treat for mold and hope top cuts are clean.

need a discord invite to cuthut, anyone wanna drop a invite in my DM box?
You are here a long time. Will send link. They timeout, not sure how long. Be careful. GMO is main seller and OK prices but have to have cell phone. I asked to send cash and was ghosted.

Stem canker from mold infected mothers does not occur overnight. Another strainly vendor last year sent out spider mite infested clones and said they got into the sealed bag in shipping. These were not everyday spider mites, but from hell and immune to everything they used for many months to get rid of them. Their ad said pest free. Looked back at reviews and someone else had same problem several months earlier. Posted the strain and bought on strainly on another site, and 5 people said they knew who I was talking about. Vendors need to be honest and back their products. For under $100 per mother, typical cost of 1 clone they can test for HLVD and all molds. I am going to experiment with agar plates, a flow hood, sanitizing clips, grinding up and seeing what grows in petri dish, which costs about a dollar per test. There is one vendor that is a little pricier and have not used, but good rep, most mothers are from tissue culture, tested for hlvd and posted, and if you lose genetics to disease, next order they will include replacement genetics. That is pig tail gardens, a former strainly seller.
I wasn't referring to your post brother, I have no experience with stem canker. It was just a general statement about rooted clones and the heat, and maybe a little venting because of my own situation.

I deal mostly in snips, but will root clones when requested. I sent only one customer rooted clones this summer, because he said he doesn't know how to clone. Two healthy beautiful clones with fuzzy white roots, delivered express next day without issue. 3 weeks later he contacts me and says they are 'growing like shit' and are 'diseased'. My assumption was that they likely got heat stressed during transit. However, he sent me pics of them today, and now I can see that he's a new grower making newbie mistakes. Of course I'll hook him up with new cuts anyways. I just fear the same thing will happen again.

I agree that vendors should be on top of their game with pests/disease as well as current hlvd test results. This should be standard.

I had problem with rooted clones once, last July and around 100F. I understand your position. Was trying to help someone on thc farmer that was new, and doing everything wrong. Coco in pots with almost no drainage, letting them get very dry before next feed, not testing runoff while feeding heavy, spraying with eagle 20, banned everywhere on cannabis, etc.. I have been growing half the time in last 10 years, and have run into most problems. It is sad for legitimate people trying to make a living without robbing people, but basic morality is at a low for my lifetime. From DC to the people it is disgusting. Basically vulture capitalism.

I have found a few websites, direct without vendors. that look legit. One I ordered from said it would take awhile, which I do not care about. Figure more likely real and healthy, needing to root. Another I want to buy a few from, prefers sending snips or ships clone after 2 weeks. and does not back the snips. I would rather wait. When things are good I can get 22 of 25 to root, but if infected cuts could lose all. I tried to salvage $1500 in top shelf genetics that went south with botrytis from spraying so much because a clone seller on strainly swore clean from pests and sent spider mites from hell. Out of 40 top clone cuts 1 survived and does not have it. Sorry for the diatribe

Lol yeah it's a risky game with clones. Watch out for russet mites with Pigtail. Allstar is good people.

I implore you to find your way over to discord, there are a few people on the cut hut discord that have tissue cultured clones that I have personally worked with. I cant say enough good things about the quality of the cuts and the price. Avoid strainly all together brother.
can you get me info on discord and cut. hut please.

Everyone, just download the discord app, create a profile, then click the invite i just posted. There is a learning curve to discord for older people, such as myself, but once you play with it for a while you figure it out pretty quick. Again, theres good people and good cuts on there. Stay away from strainly folks….. too many people getting burned and screwed.

AllStars is a legit supplier ! I have purchased many cuts from him and still running them to this day ! He's local so I dont have to deal with shipping at all .
He's got one hell of a list too. Amazing someone can have that many and not have HLVd. I've asked him about testing before and he said that he doesn't, but that he has had people test that have punched from him and they haven't ever gotten a positive result.

He has popped for viroid on a few plants, but at least he is transparent about and immediately lets the community know.

That is opposite of strainly and seed canary, that I have experienced. Did anyone buy from Green Acres on strainly about a year ago?? Bought some expensive strains from them, out of Redondo, then disappeared. Wondering if the one strain that survived spider mites, then mold from spraying for mites, is actually real. Was selling Chimera #3 Beleaf cut for $500 when they were charging $7K, and Fatso from Cannarado for $150. Never had a successful grow because of mites, so I have no idea if it was real.

Was wondering when people had problems with pig tail gardens. At strainly or since they left. A little out of my price range anyway.

While they were on strainly. Here's the thing with pigtail, they buy clones from multiple dispensaries and then send them off to whoever buys them, so that's why people were and/or still are getting HLVd and russet mites from them. When my clone from them tested positive I told pigtail and they were like "we're going to figure out what went wrong and who wasn't doing their job". I was like wtf are you talking about, most of the dispensaries in California have HLVd it's not one specific person not doing their job lol. Idk they didn't seem to educated about HLVd..
