Strange growth,please help

Hi guys,I built up a grow room so used some white paint on the walls.By that time,I also took a lot of onion to remove the toxic in the air and the bad smell from the WHITE PAINT.But 1 week ago,my father came in and felt very uncomfortable for his eyes,just the same as my gfriend yesterday when was in the room.I don't know exactly about my plants problems but I have to tell clearly about my situation/evnviroment condition !! I also have a gud ventilation,4 fans,1.5HP AC,inline fan for odor control.So,here is my pictures,hope you guys spendin a little time on,peace :joint:
P/s : I sprouted in the soil and transplant to 100% perlite,ebb n grow,is growing mothers to get clones for hempy solo cups.Ph 5.8,tap water 200ppm,nutrient 300ppm,h2so4 as pH down for ~200ppm so the total is 700ppm.Just transplanted into perlite two days ago,12h for one feeding hit.RH > 50%,temp 28-29*C
THEY ARE TWO BABIES IN THESE PICS BELOW,PLEASE HELP ME OUT,APPRICIATE MUCH

your killing them with love dude. Chill on the fertilizer, you should be no higher than 100-150ppm. Flush them out with pure H20 and let them be for 2 days, then when the media is on the dry side then give them a seedling dose of fertilizer, no more than 1/4 strength. Everything else seems to be in order with the grow environment. Lower humidity will make the plants transpire faster and that can also cause burn in a young seedling, so keep RH around 70-80 for first week and then lower it to 50-60 for veg and then in flower lower it to 30-40. Temp should be no more than 78F unless you have C02 then go as high as 85F.

I started the seeds in wet tissue on 13/02/2014.Three days later they went into soil mix perlite ->100%perlite
They are so slowly rite ? So I should do what to increase the growing speed ? Thanks for words

Make sure mothers are very healthy and green, otherwise your pushing shit up hill from the start.

Flush her out asap with straight water! Got some wicked nutrient burn. Do not give any more nutrients only plain water until she recovers

I just did it after had seen ur advide,hope they get well soon.pH'd 5.8 with tap water for flushing
