straning and supercropping can i do it 2 weeks into flowering

can i train and supercrop plants for the first 2 weeks of flowering couse i didnt have time to do it in veg or is it better maybe to tie em

i have supercropped a few of my branches since they have shown sex and the are aready doing better than the other bud sites so i dont see why not
