Stretch after 12-12 flip in Scrog

Hey it's my first grow, and I'm growing green crack (sativa which I've heard can tend to grow like an indica). So far I've topped and lst'd, and I've got a dense and bushy plant about 7 inches tall and a foot wide. It still needs to grow five more inches to reach the screen.

Trouble is my fan/filter take up a solid foot of grow height and my LED light needs about two feet... So my 7 foot tall tent is really more like 4 even w/out the pot underneath. So really like three feet of growth height. Does that seem right?

It looks like the plant could grow about 20" past the screen. I know that the plant can stretch 2x-3x its vegetative height, but I'm not sure how that plays out with scrog'n. Should I flip before the screen is filled in or is 20" plenty?

you dont let the plant grow past the screen, you weave it in and out of each hole until each is filled, top those above the screen until the canopy is even and full and trim up the skirt underneath the screen =then flower. you could lower you screen now too .
