Stretch With Cobs?

I'm wondering when I should flip my first Cob grow? I'm running 5 Citizen1212 3000k 80cri chips. I've done a few runs under some shitty blurpels and they stretched like crazy. On average is the stretch less? I know it can be very strain dependant also.

you should get less stretch unless you have them too spread out too far, too, from or too turned down. You probably were suffering from low photon count with your plerples

Plants stretch like crazy when you flip regardless of lighting. More intense may be a little less, but it's not going to make a hugely dramatic difference.

Your COB's will reduce some stretch due to them being more powerful than the blurples. If they are really strong, the IR radiation (depending on closeness) adds to curb stretch. (Soil stretches less than Hydro)
I would flip it
