Stretching Question

i was just wondering why my plant is considered stretching but when i look at other peoples plants they look like they are over 2 feet tall. mine isnt even 1 foot tall?

Stretching means tall leggy stem growth with too much distance between leaves..

thanks gardenandcats im glad to see you didnt take the last thread personally. what if anything can i do to combat this? just let it veg more and taller to get more leaves or what?

Usually your plants stretch due to inproper lighting. Move your lights closer.

Or a difference of more than 12 degrees between day time temps and night time temps.

yes videoman i read about that in the last persons thread and it made sense so now im keeping my room warmer more often as in oregon its warm days and cool nights right now. i also keep my lights almost touching the plants and rotate the light from over the plant to each side of the plant now. i also tied the top two stems down to the sides of the plant to let it grow out but not get taller. i dont really mind if it gets really tall
