struggling with plant problem

Hey guys, I've had this problem for just over a week now with my sativa plant and at a loss to what the issue could be, I've tried watering with weak nutrients and even trimmed to see if the problem is spreading. The plant hasn't grown at all in a week and isn't drinking. Currently growing under a 300 watt led light. Any ideas? Pictures attached. Any help is appreciated, Adam

Is there anything in the container besides the plant and vermiculite? The lighting in the pic is too poor for me to see the leaves well.

Just vermiculite and perlite, also the ends of the leaves are display a burned look. This hasnt happened to my other plant.
