Hey guys I have a few sativas been flowering for probably coming up on 60 days.(critcal jack)(blue lemon thai) few weeks ago they exploded on the the top with new growth. Buds are coming along slowly but surley.. I have to move in about 3 weeks do you think my plants will be ready by then? I really hate taking them early :-?

sativas do generally take longer to flower then indicas and an extra 3 weeks might not be long enough, you can increase the amount of dark time to help them finish flowering (in the sleep cycle plants use up all the nutriets and energy they have stored during the day) but i cannot give an exact time as to when they will be ready. try adding some uvb and possibly a far red initiator to help.
far red initiators essentially trick the plant into falling asleep within 5 minutes instead of 2 hours.
with a FRI plants normally take 2 hours after dark has set in to go to sleep.
with an FRI plants fall asleep within minutes allowing you to either add extra light time or extra dark time as needed.
they are usually 10w leds at 730-750 nm . if you search the riu or google it should have more info properly stated as i am regurgitating it from memory.

I'd be less worried about the new growth because all plants have a secondary burst of bud growth, and more worried about what the trichomes look like. Worst case scenario, cut them 4 days before you move, another 2.5 weeks and they won't be THAT early. They're 8.5 weeks, now, almost 11 should be good for almost any sativa CH9 sells.

Blue lemon thai is a 8-9 week strain (they say 7-8 so I add a week) according to them. What do they look like? Make sure the calyxes aren't just stretching out beyond the bud because of heat stress or something.
